Happy Labor Day!
I hope you’re all having a great long weekend! We’ve taken the opportunity to get some long-needed work done around the house and are catching up on cooking and errands while we have extra time. I’m keeping things short today so I can get back to the long weekend. 🙂

This meal plan is designed to feed approximately 4 adults at each meal or two adults with lunches left over. Monday: My Black Bean Burgers (gluten-free option, vegetarian, vegan)
Tuesday: Grilled Burritos from Recipe Collector (gluten-free if using gf tortillas)
Wednesday: Apricot Orange Slow Cooker Chicken from Mom on Timeout (gluten-free if using gf onion soup mix)
Thursday: Gluten Free Skillet Lasagna from Petite Allergy Treats (gluten-free, vegetarian option, vegan option)
Friday: Pizza Stuffed Baked Potatoes from Maebells (gluten-free, vegetarian option)
Saturday: Date Night – Eat Out.
Sunday: Y.O.Y.O. (You’re on your own.)
