We are already four weeks in to Crocktober! Can you believe Halloween is almost here? My daughter is old enough to walk around and trick or treat this year, so I’m really excited to take her out and see how she likes getting candy! (Plus you can’t beat toddlers in costumes!) Crocktober has been super convenient this year with a toddler running around since I’m able to prep meals the night before or during naptime and then pop them in the slow-cooker to be ready whenever we want dinner.
Crocktober 2018 Week 4 Meal Plan:
Monday: Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup – That Low Carb Life (4 hours, 4g net carbs/serving, gluten-free)
Tuesday: Crockpot Peanut Lime Chicken – Family Freezer – Serve over cauliflower rice (6 hours, 3g net carbs/serving, gluten-free option)
Wednesday: Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore – Skinny Taste (8 hours, 9g net carbs/serving, gluten-free)
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Slow Cooker Sopa Azteca with Chicken (Paleo Version) – Cook Smarts (Affiliate link) – leave out/reduce the carrots to reduce carbs (6 hours, 12g net carbs/serving, gluten-free)
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Y.O.Y.O. (You’re on your own.)
