I’m really enjoying this month of crockpot recipes! Especially because it started snowing here in Denver on Sunday and the weather dropped down below freezing. It’s the perfect time to curl up with a hot meal at the end of the day, and it’s especially nice when your past self has prepared dinner for you! I hope you’re enjoying Crocktober as much as we are!
Crocktober 2018 Week 3 Meal Plan:
Monday: Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala – Sustaining the Powers (6 hours, 9g net carbs/serving, gluten-free)
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Hawaiian Kalua Pork with Cabbage – Favorite Family Recipes (8 hours, low-carb, gluten-free)
Wednesday: Crock Pot Bacon Broccoli Chicken – Recipes that Crock (3 hours, 2.5g net carbs/serving, gluten-free)
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Crockpot Crustless Pizza – Moms with Crockpots (4 hours, gluten-free)
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Y.O.Y.O. (You’re on your own.)
