As soon as the sunny weather hits Denver (which is often a lot later than anywhere else) I start to think about pulling out my favorite popsicle molds. (affiliate link) I wanted to put together a list of recipes I’ve been wanting to try and pinning like crazy over on Pinterest. A summer popsicle bucket list if you will. With a long weekend coming up, it should be a nice time to hang out in the sun with friends and family and enjoy one (or three) of these!

Thanks for including my popsicles! They are actually kiddo friendly since they just use mojito mix 🙂 I made them when I was pregnant to crave my craving for fun cocktails over the summer 🙂 I can’t wait to try these!

Oh whoops! I didn’t read well enough and I guess I wanted them to be boozy. 😉
